In Memory of Jonesy

September 10, 2007

On Monday, September 10, 2007 at our monthly Department meeting, Mark Klose of

the Granite State Fire Service Support Team unveiled its’ new mobile support unit

dedicated in memory of our brother Firefighter Steve Jones.  The need for this unit was

brought forward during the process of planning Steve’s memorial services.

It has been designated for use to assist and support fire departments during

the event of a line of duty death.

The Officers and members of Barnstead Fire-Rescue would like to express our sincere appreciation to our fellow firefighters and the members of our community for your assistance and support during the recent loss of Steve Jones.  The expressions of care and support have been overwhelming

and it is difficult to adequately express how

appreciative we are.
